Production

At the Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant the complete aircraft production cycle is concentrated. The enterprise employs state-of-the-art technologies and equipment from the leading Russian and foreign manufacturers. The factory’s production system has been certified by the Aviation Register of International Aviation Committee.

At all production stages the strict and continuous quality control is exercised. The factory’s quality system complies with GOST R ISO 9001-2001 standard, GOST RV 15.002-2003 military standard, AS 9001 REV.B aerospace branch standard.

One of our peculiarities is application of aircraft-building quality requirements and technologies in helicopter production. Due to this the helicopters, produced at the factory, have especially high quality.

The enterprise has a powerful production and technological potential. The factory is able to master the production of new aircraft types within a short time, to combine manufacture of preproduction models with batch production of aircraft.

The enterprise employs highly-qualified engineering and technical personnel. Many of our employees graduated from the leading aviation and technical universities and colleges in Russia and Ukraine. The factory’s personnel have a unique experience of manufacturing various aircraft.
