It is important to us to provide our support to every Operator of our aircraft from the very first days of operation. That is why the first stage of the provided service is warranty maintenance, covering all the supplied aircraft. To provide this kind of service, the factory sends a warranty team to the Operator’s base for the entire warranty term. The warranty team includes highly-qualified specialists with wide experience in maintenance and servicing the aircraft.
The warranty team ensures:
- elimination of all faults on aircraft, taking place during warranty period
- assistance to the Operator’s specialists in mastering the aircraft
- monitoring over the adequacy of aircraft operation and maintenance by the Operator’s specialists
- consulting the Operator’s specialists in preparing and carrying out the scheduled maintenance works
- monitoring over the scheduled maintenance works, carried out by the Operator’s specialists
- consulting the Operator in equipping the laboratories and arrangement of testing equipment
Upon the Operator’s desire the maintenance term can be extended on the basis of an additional Agreement.
