Aviation training center of Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant

Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant uses its own training center for theoretical and practical training of the Operator’s flight personnel and technical staff. Upon training completion all trainees receive Proficiency Certificate.
 
The training center of Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant has at its disposal:
- state-of-the-art training aids
- modern training materials
- required technical documentation
- personal computers
- teaching video films
- helicopter systems schemes and diagrams
- assemblies in sectional view
- training hardware of Mi-171 helicopter cockpit
- simulator stand of helicopter systems

At present time the possibility to equip the training center with Mi-171 helicopter flight simulator is being under consideration.

The advantages of taking the training course in our training center:
- practical training on the helicopters, that will be later operated by the given flight personnel and technical staff, which increases the training efficiency
- training directly on the factory’s production facilities, with the factory’s specialists (designers, engineers, flight personnel, technical staff)
- availability of the full range of design and operational documentation, which the training is based upon
- using the factory’s unique informational and statistics base, accumulated during the years of Mi-8 and Mi-171 helicopters operation, for training purposes
- getting the high quality combined theoretical and practical training
